Badminton

Badminton is a sport catering for both sexes and a wide age group. Tuggeranong Vikings Badminton Club welcomes players of all standards from beginners through to State level.

Competition
The Club is represented in all grades of competitive Badminton in the ACT. In addition individual Club members represent the ACT at various levels of interstate competition.

Training/Social
Club night training and social play is every Wednesday from 7.30pm to 10.00pm at Active Leisure Centre. The Club has exclusive use of the 6 badminton courts in the Sports Hall. Social games are organised by members to the Club executive committee. Shuttles are provided and racquets can be hired from the Leisure Centre. The Club welcomes new members and visitors. Qualified coaches and senior players are available to help new players.

Schedule of Fees
Membership fees are:

ADULTS
FULL YEAR $165
HALF YEAR $95
or $20 registration fee plus $6 per night

UNDER 18′s and over 60′s
FULL YEAR $130
HALF YEAR $80
or $20 registration fee plus $5 per night

Visitors
$8 per night.

In addition members who represent the Club in ACT League matches pay a match fee to assist with shuttle, registration and insurance costs.
