2023 Clubs ACT Awards

Vikings Group are humbled to have received three awards at the Club ACT 2023 Clubs & Community Awards on Monday 23 October.

The Clubs ACT Awards Night highlights and celebrates all the contributions that Canberra Clubs and their staff have achieved over the year. Vikings Group proudly walked away with the Hospitality Innovation, Education, Learning and Development and Emerging Talent Awards.

Hospitality Innovation – Vikings Rewards App
Vikings Group was recognised for embracing the digital age within the hospitality industry by transforming the way we engage with our members through our Vikings Rewards App.

Education, Learning and Development - Vikings Cadet Program, SPARK Training, School Engagement & Scholarships and Ask for Andy
We were recognised for enabling career opportunities to our community and being committed to on-going training and development to support our employees to build hospitality careers.

Emerging Talent – Employee of the Year - Karin, Erindale Vikings
Our very own Karin, one of our supervisors at Erindale Vikings, took home the Emerging Talent Award. Karin was recognised for her remarkable leadership, management skills and her expectational customer service.

Vikings Group, CEO, Anthony Hill, was honoured by the recognition “While we don’t do what we do to win awards, it is a fitting acknowledgement of the efforts that are put in every day to make Vikings a club people want to belong to”.
