Vikings Rewards is a loyalty program designed to thank and give back to our loyal members.

If you’re already a Vikings Group member, the great news is you’ve already jumped on board and have full access to Vikings Rewards. To access Viking Rewards be sure to sign up as a Vikings Group member next time you visit your local Vikings club. Please be aware memberships are only open to persons 18 years and older.

All it takes is three simple steps;
Visit your local Vikings and complete the Membership Form.
Receive your membership card and visit the Vikings reward terminals to instantly be rewarded
Swipe and insert your card to be rewarded for all the things you love.
Don’t forget to bring along your driver’s license or another form of Government-issued photo identification for verification upon signing up.

Earn Vikings Rewards points for every dollar you spend on food, beverage and in the gaming lounge. You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Plus, you’ll earn bonus Vikings Reward points when swiping your membership card through our Rewards terminals.

Once, you’ve jumped on board as a Vikings Group member all you need is your membership card. Your membership card is the key to unlocking all your rewards and offers. Simply swipe your membership card at points of sale to instantly be rewarded with 10% off all food and beverage and to earn Vikings Reward points. Visit our Vikings Reward terminals and swipe your card to earn daily rewards, and use your points to redeem products.

Your Vikings Rewards points will reset to zero every financial year, be sure to use your points before 30 June.

You can view your point balance by swiping your membership card at our Rewards Terminals. When purchasing food and beverage, your balance will also appear at the point of sale. Please also feel free to ask our friendly staff at Reception to provide you with a balance.

To update your Membership details, visit your local Vikings and our friendly Receptionist will be able to update your details for you on the spot.

Firstly, be sure to check your junk mail, sometimes your mailbox may flag our emails as junk. If still no luck there, we may not have your contact details on file or you may not be opted-in to receive our emails or text messages. Be sure to see our friendly staff at your local Vikings club and they’ll be able to check if you’re opted-in and confirm we have your correct email address on file. Then, you’re all set to start receiving exclusive insights about your Vikings Rewards and what’s on at your local Vikings.

The Vikings Rewards App is an app exclusive to our members only. Our Vikings Rewards App allows members to unlock exclusive app-only offers, stay in the loop with what’s on, never miss a point and access their membership card all from the palm of their hand.

Not a Vikings Group Member or need to renew? Be sure to sign up as a Vikings Group member next time you visit your local Vikings club to instantly gain access to our Vikings Rewards App. Please note, Vikings Group memberships are only open to persons 18 years and older.

Getting started has never been easier…
Head to the app store on Apple or Google Play and look up ‘Vikings Rewards App’ or simply download from Apple App Store or Google Play Store and follow the prompts to download.
Once downloaded, you’ll be asked to opt into location services and turn notifications on. Be sure to turn these settings on to get the most out of your Vikings Rewards App.
To be able to sign into the app, first, you’ll have to create a Vikings Rewards App account by selecting ‘Sign Up’ on the app home screen. To create an account, All you need is your name, date of birth and your Vikings Membership number to sign up. You must also be a financial Vikings Group member. Once you’ve entered your details, select ‘next’ and confirm your email and mobile number are correct and set your password.
Once you’ve created your account, we’ll send you an an sms or email to verify your account, be sure to also check your junk mail. Click on the link in the email to activate your account or type in the code from the sms.
You’re all set up, log in to your account and start enjoying Vikings Rewards all from the palm of your hand.

Before you sign into the app, you must sign up, and create an account using your Vikings Group Membership number, date of birth, last name and email address. If you’re experiencing issues creating an account, your membership details may be incorrect or outdated in our system. Please email support@vikings.com.au or visit your local Vikings club and one of our friendly receptionists will be able to assist you.

It’s possible your email verification may be in your junk mail. If you still have no luck finding it, please get in touch by emailing support@vikings.com.au or visit your local Vikings and one of our friendly receptionists will be able to assist you.

Your Vikings Rewards App username is your mobile number or email address that you used when creating an account. If you verified your account using sms verification, your username will be your mobile number. If you verified your account using email, your username will be your email address. If you forgot what email address or mobile number your used, please email support@vikings.com.au or visit your local Vikings and one of our friendly receptionists will be able to assist you.

If you’ve forgotten your password to our Vikings Rewards App, simply, follow these steps:
1. Open the Vikings Rewards App on a smartphone or tablet.
2. Select ‘Sign in’.
3. Select ‘Forgot?’.
4. Enter your username.
5. Enter your last name and date of birth.
6. Click ‘Send’.
7. You’ll be sent a code to your email address or mobile number to verify your account. Be sure to check your junk mailbox for the email.
8. Enter the code to verify your password reset.
9. Create your new password and confirm your password.
10. Click ‘Continue’.
Your password has been reset. Log in and start enjoying Vikings Rewards all from the palm of your hand.

To use your digital membership, open your Vikings Rewards app, and ensure you’re signed into your account. On the home screen, simply tap on your membership card and it will turn around to display your barcode. Scan this barcode at points of sale to instantly be rewarded with your Vikings Rewards discount and to earn Vikings Reward points. Please allow up to 24 hours from the transaction for your Vikings Rewards points to display in the app.

Hold down your membership card on the homepage for 2-3 seconds and it will enlarge on your phone or tablet. You’ll be able to find your membership number located in the bottom left corner. Please note, that the number above the barcode is your card number and should not be mistaken for your member number.

We’ll send you push notifications so you don’t miss important updates and app-only Viking Rewards.
How to enable your push notifications:
You’ll need to enable push notifications on your device to receive push notifications. Firstly, make sure you have the latest version of the Vikings Rewards App by downloading or updating it from your app store.
How to enable push notifications for iOS:
Open ‘Settings’ on your device.
From the ‘Settings’ menu, tap ‘Notifications’.
From here, find the ‘Vikings Rewards App’.
Turn on ‘Allow Notifications’.
How to enable push notifications for Android:
Open ‘Settings’ on your device.
From the ‘Settings’ menu, tap ‘Apps’, ‘Applications’, or ‘Applications Manager’ (terms and steps vary by device).
From here, find the ‘Vikings Rewards App’.
To enable push notifications, simply tap on ‘Show Notifications’ from this screen. You will see a checkmark that will ensure you have enabled push notifications for this app.

We want to reward our Members every time they visit Vikings Group. To allow us to reward you with exclusive app-only offers when you visit your local Vikings, you’ll need to allow location access.
How do I update my app location preferences for IOS?
To update your location preferences, go to your general settings located on your mobile device.
Go to ‘Settings’.
Click on ‘Privacy’.
Click on ‘Location Services’.
Select ‘Vikings Rewards App’.
Ensure ‘always’ is selected to receive notifications.
How do I update my app location preferences for Android?
To update your location preferences, go to your general settings located on your mobile device.
On your phone's home screen, find the app icon.
Touch and hold the app icon.
Tap App info.
Tap Permissions and then Location.
Choose ‘all the time’ to receive notifications.

To redeem your exclusive Vikings app-only offer, simply go to the point of sale where that offer is available (i.e. Bistro). Open your Vikings Rewards App, go to the ‘Offers’ tab and select the offer you wish to use. Redeem that offer by presenting the offer barcode at the point of sale before payment is made.

The ‘Inbox’ function allows you to keep up to date with all new app-only offers and promotions.
We want to ensure you never miss an offer or promotion with a personalised message directly to you.

On the homepage, you will see a search bar called ‘Explore Properties’. Click on this and select your preferred Vikings Club. You can change your preferred venue at any time by going back to the ‘homepage’.
