Over the past 12 months, our incredible Vikings Cadets have been sharpening their hospitality skills, learning the ropes across our venues, and pouring their passion into every shift, and now, they have officially graduated with their Certificate III in Hospitality!

From customer service to gaining hands-on experience behind the bar and beyond, our Vikings Cadets have shown real dedication and drive. It's been a joy watching them grow into hospitality pros.

Our Vikings Cadet Program is designed to equip successful graduates with the skills, experience, and qualifications they need for a future career in hospitality. We provide you with employment while you study and mentor you along the way and once you graduate, you're all set for a successful career in hospitality.
