A Vikings Group membership provides any financial Member with the opportunity to participate in Vikings Group’s rewards program ‘Vikings Rewards’. By participating in the rewards program through the use of your membership card and or electronic membership card you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Only eligible, financial Vikings Group members can participate in Vikings Rewards allowing them to earn and redeem points and rewards.
Members accrue points by swiping or scanning their membership card during any transaction, or by inserting their card when playing any gaming machine. Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent at any point of sale (excluding Keno and TAB) at a Vikings club.
Members may also earn bonus points and rewards through the use of the Rewards Terminals and Vikings Rewards App. Points and rewards may be influenced by the frequency of card use and the value of spend.
Vikings Rewards points and rewards may reset to zero at the start of each financial year, at 12:00am on 1 July depending on the frequency of card use and value of spend.
Members may redeem points to purchase food or beverage, raffle tickets or cash. Members may redeem 1 point for $0.01.
The basis on which Members accrue and redeem points and rewards is determined solely by Vikings Group.
Vikings Group reserves the right to change the rate of accrual of points and rewards from time to time, without notice.
Points and rewards are non-transferable.
A Member or guest cannot earn or redeem, points or rewards on behalf of another Member.
A Member found to be using another Member’s membership card will have that card confiscated and all points and rewards removed, and all membership card privileges will be suspended from both Members. Repeat behaviour will result in disciplinary action which may include suspension of membership.
It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure their membership card is swiped or scanned at the time of making a purchase. Points cannot be awarded after a purchase has been made. Once a transaction is complete, a staff member is unable to issue points.
In the event of a technical failure or card malfunction, points will not be available for accrual or redemption and will not be credited at a future time.
To receive points whilst playing the gaming machines, it is the responsibility of the Member to correctly insert their membership card into the gaming machine during play.
Proof of identification must be presented at the time of requesting or redeeming points.
Benefits and rewards are subject to change at the discretion of Vikings Group Management.
In the event of the termination of membership in any given circumstance, all points and associated rewards will automatically be cancelled and non-redeemable from the time of termination.
Suspended Members are not eligible to earn or redeem points, rewards or benefits until their suspension has been lifted.
Vikings Group takes no responsibility for replacing points or rewards due to a lost, stolen, damaged or faulty membership card.
Points will not be issued to Members who are booking events on behalf of an organisation or business.
In the event of any disputes management decision is final.
