Meet Our New Town Centre Vikings Head Chef, Christian
We are thrilled to welcome Christian as our new Head Chef at Town Centre Vikings!
Having relocated from our friends over at Badger & Co, Christian brings with him a wealth of experience and a passion for creating unforgettable dishes.
Christian began his culinary journey in 2008, cooking for over 500 people in the Spanish army kitchen. Since then, he has refined his skills in various dynamic environments, including under the guidance of our Executive Chef Ben and Head Chef Brett at our Erindale Vikings Cookery.
Christian is eager to bring a fresh dining experience to Town Centre Vikings. "Our members can expect fresh and tasty flavours," he says. "Slowly, I’ll introduce elements from my South American and Spanish background to offer something new every time they visit.
He’s passionate about creating dishes that are made with love and care, always open to feedback from customers. "Every piece of feedback, whether good or bad, helps me grow. I'm always open to learning and improving," he emphasises.
Christian is also excited about the warm welcome he's received at Town Centre Vikings. "I’m grateful for the support from everyone here, especially from Mick and Kaylene, who have been fantastic. With the backing of my family and mentors like Ben and Brett, I'm ready to offer a new culinary experience to Vikings members and visitors."
