Meet Pete: Chisholm Vikings’ New Head Chef

With his fresh and creative flair, Pete has a knack for turning everyday ingredients into standout dishes, and he’s ready to make his mark in our kitchen.

So, what can you expect? Pete’s cooking is all about simplicity with a touch of flair. You can look forward to daily specials featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients that are as delicious as they are visually appealing. “I’m excited to bring a unique and original approach to simple food made easy and tasty,” Pete shares.

And his favourite dish? “The Ribs, hands down.”

But Pete isn’t just excited about the food. He’s also thrilled about the opportunity to work with the great staff at Chisholm Vikings and meeting our members and guests.

For those looking to improve their own cooking, Pete has a straightforward tip: “When plating, ‘If you wouldn’t serve it to your Mum—DON’T serve it.’”
